At Vaahan Saathi, your satisfaction is our top priority. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it under the following terms and conditions:

Return Policy

If you wish to return a product, please note that a nominal Return Fee of ₹100 will apply.
This fee covers the cost of pickup, exchange processing, and logistics, including handling and packaging.

Once the return is approved, you will receive a credit note equivalent to the product’s value, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
The credit note will appear in your “My Account” section after logging in.

All return requests must be initiated within 15 days from the delivery date.

Conditions for Returns

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging and condition.

• The return or exchange request must be made within the 15-day window from the date of delivery.

• Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

We currently do not offer monetary refunds.
If you are returning a product due to dissatisfaction, we will issue a credit note for the same value, redeemable against future purchases on our website.
A Return Fee of ₹100 will be charged for this service.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will provide a free exchange or replacement.
However, if you choose to return the item instead, a Return Fee of ₹100 will apply.
